About the Position ILS Analyst Apply Through Life Support and Sustainment Management expertise in a maritime workforce supporting a major Australian Federal Government agency capability Undertake Logistic Support and Maintenance Engineering Analysis to establish future documentation and plans to support the capability Undertake analysis such as Fault Tree (FTA), Failure Mode Effect (FMEA/FMECA), Level of Repair (LORA), Spares, Training Needs (TNA) and Life Cycle Cost Modelling Develop Maintenance Plans and Corrective and Planned Maintenance Instructions to support all levels of maintenance (Organisational, Intermediate, Depot) Establish an LCC, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability reporting environment to monitor and report on ILS program achievement for the capability utilising existing stakeholder reporting modes Prepare reports on performance of the ILS program for management consideration and task performance including conduct of Root Cause Analysis Development and delivery of Operator and Maintainer training Understand the expectations of internal and external clients Participate in proposal writing as required. Comply with a safe working environment and foster a positive HSE culture among all team members EXPERIENCE experience in an integrated logistic support or logistic engineering discipline (Highly Desirable) ILS Supply Support The Integrated Logistics Support Officer (ILSO) is a key interface between Sustainment Program Offices and Information Assurance to ensure the highest level of integrated support for all required logistics activities in support of the IFF capability. This role will have ownership and accountability for effective management of Cryptographic units, materiel resupply and management, and for overall logistics determination and coordination with a multitude of remote and diverse offices. The ILSO will deliver proactive solutions and manage the total logistics need and ensure at all times the best value for money outcomes at highest operational services levels. You will deliver the following outputs and services Provide ILS advice to support for Cryptographic Materiel (CM) requirements Manage CM maintenance, inventory and resupply as required Coordinate the required maintenance program with the Limited Repair Facility (LRF) Coordinate and provide governance for transponder/interrogator maintenance sub contracts Review, manage and update the Integrated Logistics Support Instructions and Plan to ensure successful business outcomes Review, manage and update the Life Cycle Cost Model (LCCM) ensuring the model remains topical and supports all acquisition decisions/determinations Participate/Enact in the review of all Root Cause Analysis for failed equipment and assist in remediation planning activities Monitor performance of equipment especially battery replacement and ensure that the solutions is fully support at all times Monitor all CM training programs with training schools and ensure that training includes consistency of knowledge is maintained Develop, mature and maintain the Maintenance Plan and distribute as required to all stakeholders Monitor the disposal program, and carry out materiel determination judgments to alleviate all potential materiel shortages Participate in reviews and present as required on the status of the ILSO accountabilities and requirements.
