About the Position Rydges Port Macquarie are looking for a Pastry Chef/ Pastry Cook. You will work across our a la carte restaurant seating up to 100, Bar 80 seater and banqueting department seating up to 300. The venue has spectacular Hastings river frontage.Job tasks and responsibilities Driven to deliver market leading dining experiences Supervising shift operations effectively and to a high standard while meeting labour targets Assisting in ensuring customer service standards are met in all areas of the venue Practicing and enforcing Workplace Health and Safety standards Assisting to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations Skills and experience A positive & energetic attitude Excellent time management & organisational skills The ability to give & follow clear and precise instructions The ability to operate in a high volume and high pressure environment A passion to provide an outstanding experience to every customers.
